The lab was my prison, with long 80-hour workweeks, toxic advisors, and a consumption of quick and ready noodles with regret. I was 98 lbs, my hair started falling out, and I lost all sense of self-worth as it became buried under an avalanche of petri dishes. 🧪💔

Then one night, I collapsed. Honestly. My body had enough. The doctors would diagnose me as malnourished, depressed, and burnt out. That was my rock bottom.

The Comeback: How I engineered my own death.

I made a vow: to never let science obliterate me again! I replaced my lab coat with dumbbells, my despair transformed into discipline. I taught myself biohacking, tinkered with my nutrition, and manufactured a transformed body one lifted weight at a time. 💥

Today? I am stronger. Physically and mentally. I bench press my past and squat my doubts. My research thrives because I am thriving! I am publishing papers, patenting gene-editing tools, and building a body that is a resilient temple. 🏋️‍♀️🧬
