Rachel Anderson: A Journey Not Just About Design and Coding ✨

I was once just another designer, addicted to pixels, buried in wireframes, and moreover a sleepless night, my laptop’s backlight faded shifted in and out like a dying star and I stated if I could change the, the inside of that laptop - it’s not about the framing, it wasn’t yet it is an additction to the Alchemy. The intersection of technology, user experience, human experience, user interface, and everything thereafter. I had not experienced spirituality in this sense, until I started to breathe life into my interface designs - who needs to debaste what beauty is, and what beauty isn’t, unless you feel the electric pulse of clicking on a perfect button design and the sigh of relief of visual scanning the perfect work flow - See I had thought (This is what I think beauty is) when in fact I hadn't thought anything of it - and now I wasn't just designing an interface, I was breathing life into what I now refer to as an entire other level of user interface designs. (Yes, I know I am being a little bit over the top, and no I have no intention of feeling bad for it). 🌌

I was raised by abstract paintings and code until the early hours of the morning, I'm the weird crossbreed between design and coding and I surely will shed a tear of joy from a design with gradients from a sunset, but I'll also get drunk and debate ethics of artificial intelligence. 🥃 I think visually in a disorganised way, a scattered gallery of half baked ideas but darling, that is the magic!.

You will see how tech can feel sacred. You will see how logging into a screen can feel like a portal. You will see how chat-bots can whisper truths. You will leave here different. Or you will scroll past. But if you are still here....Welcome to your Awakening ✨
